Personal growth is so important to be me. I believe podcasts are great resources that can add to your personal development. Whenever you like to listen - in the car, whilst doing chores, before bed - these podcasts give you ample opportunities to receive gentle nuggets of wisdom in short and detailed talks.

As you journey deeper into the new year, it's important to protect your mindset! At all costs. When the newness of resolutions fade, it can be easy to slip back to old habits that don't serve you. But that will not be your portion! Fuel growth, ambition and hope. You are what you listen to.
